i noticed it doesnt list the comm manager is a "running app" even though it's on. if u look in the task manager, it will show it there, but not in the drop down list on the today screen. so back to the old one for me as well.

I reverted back to version 1.51 -- much better for RAM usage and battery life as well... Too bad, I liked the added 2.0 functionality, such as it was... Last edited by christak; 09-23-2007 at 06:53 PM. |

Am I the only one not having issues with 2.0? So far it's been working great on my Mogul and I have a constant 21-23MB of free ram...
Weird. Maybe it's some sort of conflict with 3rd party software others have installed? |

Yeah, I guess you are the only one. If you have that much RAM free then you must not be running anything on your phone except stock stuff. Try running some 3rd party apps and see how this 2.0 version of X-Button messes your phone up. I tested it for a while before I came to the conclusion that this version SUCKS. DONT USE THIS VERSION. 1.5 is MUCH better.

Actually, I have a ton of 3rd party apps installed (about 15 I think) but I never need to run them all at once. When I'm done with one app, I close it. The only third party apps running at all times on my phone are the cal+ and IM+ today plugins.
Oh well, so far I really like this version ![]() |

I have a Mogul with what I would concider a lot of programs and the 2.0 version for me has had no problems that I am aware of.
