I think it's the amount of RAM in use. Nothing to do with your memory card.

BTW... I'm pretty sure you're seeing a 2mb drop in availble RAM and not an increase. A lot of Mogul users are seeing 2.0 use up to 2mb of RAM. Which is why we've gone back to 1.5 or 1.51. Look at the OEM program manager before and after 2.0.

The 2.0 version runs just fine for me, doesn't seem to hog my memory...

Kind of funny but for me, 2.0 is working well and I had to remove 1.51 because it seemed to freeze my Mogul.
It's opposite of most people here, but that's what happened to me.

If you follow both the 2.0 and 1.51 x-button threads on XDA, it seems they both have issues. That's why I use 1.5. 1.5 seems to be the one with the least amount of complaints.

What has been noted is that 2.0 hogs up to 2mb of RAM and refuses to release it... not immediately but over the course of a day. From what I've gathered and experienced, it is not something you'll immediately see... however, over time, you'll see that ram is not being released as it does with 1.5.

**But, if it works for you than stick with it.**

There must be some sort of a conflict with a third party app that I and others are running that cause it to eat up memory like it does. Perhaps if everyone that has issues with version 2.0 posts a list of apps they're running on their Mogul we can narrow it down.
