You already have them. PIE is Pocket Internet Explorer and ICS is Internet Connection Sharing. Check the Programs menu.

Modem set up on mogul ? tThis is the link i got to set up the 6800 as modem on your ppc, and it works fine for me. Just follow the instruction and get your MSL from sprint, change your settings and change your connectios to use phone as modem. Plug into computer, 1st activate from your phone then plug into computer and your internet connection should go thru shortly.
