you dont hear sprint CS and easy in the same sentance too often!
You are right, calling CS is pretty easy but I am looking for a more self reliant method... someone mentioned before there use to be a website for exactly this but I don't think it exists anymore, but something along those lines... |

I understand, though it is not always easy. Last night I was on hold for 15 mins, got a rep that took 10 mins to explain it to and then dropped the call, not too easy.
I might not have been completely clear about what i want. I just wanted to know if anyone knew of a way to swap ESN's myself due to the fact I would still like to be using my Treo and my 6800 for the same line and switching back and forth, frequently. I did not think there was any other means to do this but I thought I'd check and see if anyone here had any solutions before I make the decision to commit to two lines. I did swap ESN's at a store today and it was easy, but not logically if I want to be frequently (daily, weekly, etc.) switching phones. |

LOL - last time I called Sprint to do an ESN swap, I was on hold 20 minutes, then when I got my next bill they'd charged me a $150 cancellation fee!
(But they'd given me proper equipment credit, and had properly extended my contract - so it boggled my mind how they could have added a cancellation fee after that. Was able to get it quickly removed by sending an email.) Easy? I don't think so! "Easy" and "Sprint" in the same sentence is an oxymoron. |

Seriously regular Sprint CS is abysmal. Even when you do get everything through, you have to be wary of the other inaccurate info they give you. Like adding insurance after 30 days or adding another line to SERO... God they are such morons. I always try to get things done through e-care. If not through e-care, then through technical support. Unfortunately the wait for tech support is at least a half hour, at least everytime I've tried.
