LOL - last time I called Sprint to do an ESN swap, I was on hold 20 minutes, then when I got my next bill they'd charged me a $150 cancellation fee!
(But they'd given me proper equipment credit, and had properly extended my contract - so it boggled my mind how they could have added a cancellation fee after that. Was able to get it quickly removed by sending an email.)
Easy? I don't think so! "Easy" and "Sprint" in the same sentence is an oxymoron.
