Seriously regular Sprint CS is abysmal. Even when you do get everything through, you have to be wary of the other inaccurate info they give you. Like adding insurance after 30 days or adding another line to SERO... God they are such morons. I always try to get things done through e-care. If not through e-care, then through technical support. Unfortunately the wait for tech support is at least a half hour, at least everytime I've tried.
