If your within your 30 days call sprint and add the Equipment replacment program. then on the next day say you lost your phone in a movie theather. dont say it was stolen. theyll ask you which phone. this is if you had a phone previously, to the mogul. dont listen to any of these guys. you dont have to wait 30 days to call. trust me i have done it.

If the sprint rep does what he or she is suppose to, they will make a test call to your phone to verify before adding the insurance. You were not cleared on the status of your phone as if it was still in working condition. If you get the replacment plan...there is no need to lie just tell them that you drop your phone in the water. Asurion will just ask you to return your damaged phone.

After I did some google, I found a lot of bad stories about filing claims to Asurion. One of most terrible thing is that they won't send you the topline phone. I figure Mogul is one the topline phones. Sometime, they send you a refurbished phone.

Actually (unless its different for the Mogul) they allot you 3 replacements in a year now. At least thats what the insurance lady told me from my last replacement. Then you will have an extra PDA if you can get it working again...
Most of us know that you can talk to 10 people about 1 issue and get 25 different answers. I've never heard that you can get 3 replacements (TEP); always only 2 within a 12 month period.

You are exactly correct. No need to wait 30 days on your claim for a new phone. Secondly, they wont send you a referb mogul because it is to new and there is none to send you. If you want to check to see if your phone is referbed or has been used at all or at any point in the phones life time, all you have to do is type in ##786# and that will bring up a screen that will tell u any and everything about your phones past. Manufacture date, referb date, data lifetime, timer(mins) lifetime etc. I just got my new mogul after adding insurance and claimed it 30 mins later. Had to do some affidavit paper because of the high price phone but it worked and got it for $50 bucks.
