I had a similar problem and I ended up having to go through the $7 a month company (Assurio or whatever) and they replaced it with no problem in about 3 days for $50. The problem with Sprint is, apparently you can't lie to them (if you were thinking about trying) because there's a sticker on the inside of the phone that turns red when it gets wet. It's in the upper right hand corner where the battery goes if you want to check. If you're having problems, you're best bet is to go through the insurance.

Everyone is correct. If you don't have the insurance you need to call Customer Service and ask them to add the $7 TEP if you have had the phone for less than 30 days.
Once it is added it will be 30 days before you can file a claim with Asurion and it will be a $50 deductible. |
