Ask them to assign you a new NAI. If you have good signal IOTA should complete. Maybe your NAI/pass is not setup or has something wrong with it. You can assign yourself the new NAI by changing vision username on sprint.com - this is probably all you need, then wait a little bit and IOTA should go through.

PROBLEM FIXED!!!!!!

After about two hours on the phone, i got to an advanced tech who got me the solution to my problem, and dcd, you were right, it wasnt set up, the problem was........ *rolls drum*

425, there was a dialing rule that made it dial 425 before dialing #777, i dont know why the rule was set up with out my knowledge but it was

hope this helps any newbs who get the same problem as i did, thanks all

congrats gobmonster. glad i could help, but sounds like spcs fixed you not me.

now lets see if ppcnewb can get internet working..

i also want to note that i really dont recommend anyone mess with their mobile ip profiles, especially on a new phone, definitely not on profile0. i posted the information because a similar problem on my MotoQ led me gathering bits and peices of info on how mip profiles work for weeks, and I think its nice to have the info in one place. However the moral of the story here is that you need 2 things: #777 working and your NAI and password are setup on spcs' side, IOTA should then be able to program your profile.

Interestingly enough, 425 is the default area code in the contacts settings.
