Is Sprint still giving out refur'ed MOGULs?

i finnally pushed my claim threw tonight after paying my bill at phoneclaim. i paid the bill so i could charge the 100 to my sprint account. i got the tracking and it will be here tomarro. so yes they still are giving out pros

I luckily came across mines too!I broke the screen on the one & it was funny because I wasnt even thinking about a Touch Pro! I had just got my replacement Mogul & within the same day I got the replacement (it was a refurb) I broke the screen on that one too! So what I did (just to get a working phone ) was called Asurion back & told them my replacement came with a broken screen! Thats when the lady put me on the phone with a "Customer Service Specialist!" She than asked me what the problem was & right after I told her she said she was gonna send me a brand new Touch Pro in the box!

Thats the best way to do it as far as I know! When the Touch Pro 2 arrives you best believes I'ma be on it again!

Got my refurb today and I will be taking it back tomorrow. It has four white dots in the buttom left quarter of the screen. This is just piss poor service for such a well documented defect to make it pass qc/qa.

i just had a claim, i was out of town in Myrtle Beach SC, had I been there 2 more days I would have gotten a pro. the Store in my home town however, ordered me a refurb mogul.

I just filed my claim through Asurion. It said they were replacing my mogul with the UT Starcom 6850 (Touch Pro).

Also the deductible was only $50...I thought it went up to 100.

just got my second refurb mogul in... same problem... white dots... jesus where is the q/c.... has anyone else notices that the top and bottom is a little off too... there is a lip on the low left side where the phone slides on both of the refurbs I've gotten.

I had my older ppc replaced with an upgrade to mogul at the sprint store itself about a year ago.

Now my mogul is gone crazy.....will they still do a instore replacedment?

They'll probably order you another one, if you have the TEP call customer service *2 for the advanced exchange program and save yourself hours of dealing with the sprint store to get the same result.

I just finalized my claim today (originally opened it in April to see what kind of replacement I'd get) and I was only forced to pay $50 instead of the usual $100 deductible for the Touch Pro. I've got a UPS tracking # so tomorrow I should be in good shape.
