I luckily came across mines too!I broke the screen on the one & it was funny because I wasnt even thinking about a Touch Pro! I had just got my replacement Mogul & within the same day I got the replacement (it was a refurb) I broke the screen on that one too! So what I did (just to get a working phone
) was called Asurion back & told them my replacement came with a broken screen! Thats when the lady put me on the phone with a "Customer Service Specialist!" She than asked me what the problem was & right after I told her she said she was gonna send me a brand new Touch Pro in the box!
Thats the best way to do it as far as I know! When the Touch Pro 2 arrives you best believes I'ma be on it again!
