i got a refurb mogul and the keys lag so bad i type out a message and if i dont type slam down on the key it wrong detect it like i just wrote "no mn met mee at the mll n cldwater" glad my friend isnt retarded... should i call sprint? or who do i deal with?

I went to the assurion website and reported my mogul as lost! They upgraded me to the TP for just $50 am getting it tomorrow, be quick for the price is going to change on April 19 i believe.

i cracked the screen of my mogul last thursday at 4pm by friday 5 pm they sent me a nib touch pro for the 50 dollar deductible

So do you have to call assurion or is everyone doing it online? I keep trying to do it online but they always want me to call them.

I was doing that when I tried to claim online so I called.

The Asurion rep told me it was because this will be my 3rd claim in 12 months so they have to warn me about my insurance being cancelled and all that hoopla.

Also they are making me fill out and fax in an affidavit saying that I agree to the cancellation of my insurance. It is a pain in the *** and only making it take longer to get a working replacement for my phone.

When I got my Mogul replaced with the TP via the Advanced Exchange site, I was charged $119. I didn't think much of it then because I was getting the TP for much cheaper than I should have. I started a chat with a Sprint rep today and very easily got a $69 credit towards my account because I had TEP.

Not that this has anything to do with the current discussion.

My new TP is on the way! My Mogul has been making cell phone usage absurd for me recently and I'm glad it's on it's way out! Outside buttons not working randomly and would have to navigate my phone using only the touch screen, numerous keyboard problems, and speaker phone making buzzing noise when in landscape mode... and the list goes on...

FYI... I called sprint to have it replaced and they told me that the Mogul wasn't being made and gave me the option for a diamond of the TP. The mogul wasn't even an option! Thank goodness. Looking forward to Monday!

made my claim online yesterday at about 3:45pm, cost $50 and my new Touch Pro was just delivered via UPS about 10 minutes ago. I'm excited! goodbye Titan forum, hello Touch Pro forum!

sprint refuses to upgrade me to TP after 3 moguls and asurion says i dont have the right kind of insurance for them to replace my mogul and i that i have to go through sprint
