this is from http://support.sprint.com/doc/sp3014.xml:

• You can submit up to three ERP claims within a consecutive 12-month period. There is no limit to the number of ESRP claims.
• A $50 non-refundable deductible will apply for approved ERP replacement requests. There is no additional charge for ESRP repairs or replacements.

I guess you claim again as long as you haven't done it more than 3 times in a year. I doesn't say anything about having to wait a certain amount of time after a claim to file another one..

just tried it a few mins ago and i got a " Error: Invalid Sku" before even entering the page where i select the defect

Just to let everyone know that I sent my mogul out to get fixed and they told me that it was unfixable. So, since they don't offer the mogul anymore, I got a Touch Pro.. BTW, I got my insurance from Best Buy where I purchased the phone from...

Does anyone know if a claim filed over the phone will yield a TP also? I have a cracked screen on my Mogul and want to make sure I can get a TP instead of another crappy Mogul.

I am trying to file a claim through phoneclaim.com and keep getting this message:

We apologize for any inconvenience; however, for your protection, further verification is required to file your claim. Please contact us at 1-800-584-3666 and one of our Customer Service Representatives will be happy to further assist you.

Any advice?

Just call, lately they have been giving out tp for moguls. My screen cracked as well and im waiting for my tp to come in. i did it over the website though.
