Got a refurb today from Sprint. Guess what...keyboard doesnt work like it should. Will give a couple days and then return this one. Not sure what I would want to get anyway. Have a Sero plan and cant put any of the new phones on it....

If I could get a TP2 for the free or thru a cheap upgrade then I would..otherwise I'll have to worry about getting something decent for my Mogul

well another 2 mogals down defective from the store didnt even get either one for more then 5 min... both with defective keyboards. so they said they ordered me a "new, not referb mogal" I was under the impression there are no new ones, is this correct or is another agent giving me misinformation?

I gave up on Sprint. I was with them for 3 years and had 4 mogul replacements after my original, none of which worked right. I jumped ship. I ordered the Droid from Verizon yesterday and so my sprint service will cancel once my number ports. I shouldn't have to call customer service and threaten to cancel in order to get a phone in good working order. I'll never go with sprint again, nor will i pay $400 for a phone with anyone. Verizon's phones are so much cheaper, and they don't limit the features on the new ones like Sprint does. :-/

So very true, I have to agree that the Mogul is frustrating. Although, moving to Verizon may get you a cheaper phone, they (Verizon) WILL make up their money by charging you a premium for their services. I must also add that almost all US carriers limit features on phones compared to their European counterparts (ie removing camera on face of phone, killing video chat accessibilty). So good luck on Verizon, I hope you find what you are looking for.

You will find that Verizon has crippled the PPC's more than Sprint.
Couple that with the higher cost and I don't see who Verizon will make you happy.

The problems you are experiencing are handset related, not a Sprint problem.
You should be unhappy with HTC. My recommendation would have been to get an HTC Hero or Samsung Moment depending on if you wanted a slide out keyboard.
