Is there a problem with the Diamond's GPS? It looks like there is a GPS in it (according to sprint.com).

I see what you're saying, though, about them not replacing the mogul with a different model.

im sorry, i meant the microsd. i went with the mogul because its a pda with winmo and windows office. i carry a lot of business files around on it. then of course music and games =P i would not give up my 8gb card.

i called assurion today to inquire about a replacement phone. the csr was really nice, tried to help me in a couple different ways, but it was ultimately unfruitful. she said they really started cracking down about 10 days ago, cannot give out tp as a replacement for mogul if they have any moguls at all in stock. her suggestion was to try back periodically to see if they are backordered on the mogul, and then i should be able to request a tp instead.

wow i guess im lucky, i only had 1 mogul and got upgraded directly to the TP :)

i had an old apache a year or two ago, replaced like 5 times.. got upgraded to mogul, head phone jack started going out again (same issue as always) they just got me a TP

loving it. i think imma sell it wh en the TP2 comes out and renew my contract w/ upgrade discount :)

or ill wait for 4G and just get one of those phones in the future

Greetings. Not sure if this is the best place to post this, but it's close :) anyone who used asurion to get a touch pro for a broken mogul, watch your bill!! I got my touch pro from asurion jan 20th, sent my broken mogul in on jan 24th, and today got a bill for "not sending in my mogul" = $200 plus 3 deductible fees of $50 each =$150. Somehow, they're saying all 3 of my lines received 3 new touch pros, and we never sent in our defective phones. Strangest part is, they're giving me names of people who supposedly signed for those phones, and i have no idea who they are, and its not even in my home state. :) If it wasnt happening to me, i wouldnt believe it. So, like i said, look over your next statement/bill very carefully.
Oh yeah, after 2 hours on the phone with both sprint and asurion, they basically said, "oops thanks for informing us of the clerical error, we'll fix that for ya". Crazy.

Just went on Advanced Exchange 5 minutes ago and got my Mogul replaced with a Touch Pro for free.

Easy, don't have to talk to anybody and it tells you what phone you are gonna get (and if you don't like it then you can call).

I've done 2 claims for people insurance wise and they both got touch pro's over moguls (did not mention refurbished and the site usually does).

One other one went through an insurance call a week ago or so and got a tp.

I would say 95% chance of getting a touch pro with the website. =D>

Just did the advanced replacement also for a Touch Pro. Can't wait. I have loved my Mogul, but getting a TP should be a sweet upgrade. Question for those that have gotten the TP upgrade.. Does it come as a complete new phone kit? or is it a bare phone? Just wondering.

Does anybody know if Self Replacement Tool will work if I have only replcement insurance ($4) and usually sould go through Asurion?

BTW. Does everybody know that they increase deductible up to $100 starting April 19?
