i just got my touch pro yesterday through the online exchange from sprint... brandnew with 2 batteries... i thought i hit pay dirt until i realized why they sent 2 batteries

So is one way better or worse to attempt to get a Touch Pro? I've sent my phone back once and got a refurbished one now its freezing at random times.

I've never used the online site so. Does it tell you what phone you might get before you you commit to sending it in? Or if I pay out another $50 for a replacement do I just keep bugging them and fight not paying another 50 and another 50 ect.. At some point it passes the brand new phone payment.


Any advice on is better then none.

yes, the online site will tell you what phone they can send you before you finalize it. so if you see its sending you a rec utstar 6800, thats your mogul refurb. you can cancel at that point.

i imagine if youve had your replacement only a short time, you can fight them on the $50 charge if they try to make you pay a second time.

I just checked the site and it told me to go to some "center" by my house....lol

My mogul is freezing up as well.

I can use a new phone.

you can get around that by entering a different zip code. just pull up a zip code map and try one in the middle of nowhere hehe.

Hey guys!!!!!!!!

I called in Sprint today about my Old Mogul with a problem and told them that my phone is not turning on . I WAS OFFERED A

I will confirm that once i receive my phone probably by tuesday as weekend is in between. I double checked in with them. I talked to two different Tech reps. They confirmed me with the same thing that they are sending me a new Touch Pro and also arranged a call back once i receive the phone. By the way, the place i am in right now doesn't have a sprint store near by.
You can try calling in Sprint Tech Support and check on it. However if they accidentally send you a Mogul, you can reject the package with the UPS driver or whosoever and tell them that you "refuse the package". I don't know if this works but it would be worth a try to let others know.
