so let me get this straight. you had 6700 on line A, did ae, got a touch pro, then put mogul back on line A, then did another ae, and got a new touch pro. is that right? i thought you had to have phone active for 30 days? but if that's the way you did it, i have an extra mogul that i'll be happy to upgrade to a touch pro :mrgreen:

per Sprint's site: - My phone has been active for more than 30 days and is currently displaying a defect.

Thanks everyone, I changed my pin on my account and about 20 minutes later I got a text message telling me I did so and then I was able to login to the self service page. They're sending me a TP for free since I pay the $7/month!!!! Here I was thinking that $7 per month was a waste of money and have been thinking about cancelling it.

Hopefully I'll be rid of these keyboard issues!

I called sprint tech support about my 6800 locking up in sleep mode two days ago.. Today I received New Touch Pro, direct from sprint here in Tampa my cost $0. Good luck to the rest of you!

Yes, white spots alone, are enough cause to get it replaced for free from Sprint. That's what I did. It's a defect in design, and it's annoying at the least.

received my touch pro today. $0 cost to me. Hopefully the touch pro doesn't follow the same road my mogul did.

Hmmm, hopefully I read the confirmation they gave me wrong... that'd be sweet if I didn't have to pay anything.

Anyone else have this experience? I'm also on SERO 500. Odd that they'd send out the TP to mogul SERO users and then try and tell you that the TP isn't compatible with the plan.

since it's delivered by UPS, do they leave at door when u not home? or do they leave a notice? i haven't gotten my shipping notification yet and i did it last night.

I got my first email from Sprint two days ago confirming my order, that was shortly after I completed the transaction online. This morning I got the Sprint email with the tracking number. The scheduled delivery date is tomorrow but the tracking number states the item is out for delivery. Jjjjjyyeahhhhh!!!
