yeah i had talked 2 of my friends into demanding a tp and they got it , so i couldnt wait for mines to freeze up again , and when it did i just walked in told them i was fed up and whoo hoo a tp for me lol plus my mogul 6800 back

I've been trying the AE every day in hopes it will eventually list a TP - no dice. Talked to a friend that works with Sprint and he let me know that they have a bunch of Moguls in stock, so it might be awhile.

I think I'll wait too... about tired of my Mogul. Can't seem to get rid of an issue I have when browsing. I use PocketPlus for a few things which enables the finger scrolling in IE. Sometimes when I browse it will just stop finger scrolling. Everything else will work fine. I can even click on the next page but it has a funny flicker when it loads the page. Everything will work on the phone until it goes to sleep... then it's in a coma. You can hit the power and it will light up the screen but the screen is black and the buttons are lit. Then you have to mash the reset. Very annoying. Now when I know my finger scrolling quit I just reboot the phone before it goes to sleep.

i was in a sprint store yesterday having my phone looked at. it won't charge via a regular plug anymore, and will only charge using one of the adapters/splitters that came with the Mogul. plus, the keyboard has been acting up for months. they told me that they didn't have any mogul's in stock, but were ordering me a new one (switching to a TP would cost me like $400 right now, even if i resigned my contract). i'll probably end up with a Refurb because i doubt they'll give out new moguls, if they even still make new ones. i'll update this thread once the phone comes in whether it's a refurb or not.

so..... i went to the sprint store today.... the tech was like let me work my magic.... only the ref mogul came up... so he was trying to get me a touch pro but i guess they have alot of moguls in stock oh well. i guess next time

Someone in this thread talked about going to phoneclaims.com or something like that (asurions website) to get the touchpro for your mogul. I did that and it worked like a charm. Two days for shipping and I'm sending them back my mogul. The sprint advance exchange thing kept saying only moguls though. The asurion is the way to go. Least it was for me.
