Yeah that was going to be my next recommndation, flash using the microsd card. Check the Upgrades Forum for the procedure.

Yeah. Figured as such. You don't have any other suggestions on things to try that don't require an sd card do you?

I'm just shocked that something as simple as a hard reset could get a phone stuck in bootloader mode.

There was another thread recently where this happened. If I remember correctly, there were bad sectors in the memory and the phone couldn't be recovered. Hope this isn't what is happening here.
