help synchronizing

yea i have always had the phone working any time i got stuck in bootloader i just did soft reset instead of bootloader.exe and i think that might be some of the problem :S well thats not the probelm **** really dont make sense. i got stuck bootloader ran the program worked. stuck again ran it it worked. stuck again it said check connections. messed with it a lil ended up doing soft reset. stuck again said check connections clicked the program again and it exitted out of bootloader. so dunno the problem with that. also i think i have .netframework2 but not sure. i was haven problems with downloading said that the previous program didnt support it. needless to say i think i ended up with netframework3 that should work shouldnt it??
