help synchronizing
 

trying to synch my phone right now to store backup data. when ever i do it it connects and says:

you will be only able to synchro files, folders and other non outlook items. tells me to save contacts, calenders, etc. that i need to disconnect, install and run outlook. but i already have outlook on my computer so i dont get what i need to do???

yes xp i just dont get what the hell is going wrong. ive probably been dealing with this for like 5 hours today and still have yet to get off synching. btw my phone is operationg on 6.0 not 6.1

yea i realized i had a card to use for this so i tried this. i got the file on the card open it up in the phone and it brings me to bootloader. dont really get what to do after that.

this **** has beyond pissed me off. i d/l the nue file. put it on my sd car put it in my phone ran the file. i meet all standards that it says. it checks everything off. i hit continue for it to update and it says it should take about 10 sec and reboot but...it doesnt. it stays in bootloader mode. i dunno what the hell to do. i wasted about 6 7 or more hours of my day on this **** and got no where. so im pretty pissed right now...please help.

on your 6800 go to settings / connections / usb to pc and uncheck "enable advanced network functionality". see if that helps

done did it it didnt do anything. what i did just do tho was try my girls 2 gig sd card. put the program on there. went to do the install on the phone, and again it got stuck when it got to bootloader. but when i went to reformat the card just so everything would be off of it to put back in her phone. that other name was on there TITAIMG.nbh was on there. and i dunno how it got on there?? im stumped and going to bed for the night. im sure ill be on the forum at work tomorrow looking for updates. hopefully ill get some good ones over night.thanks guys.
