I'm sooo glad I've held off getting a Mogul after hearing all the issues with bluetooth especially since I have a Discovery 655,and those seem to be problematic with the Mogul. It works well with my 6700, so well in fact most callers have no idea I'm on a headset! The 6700 doesn't even recognise the model. It sees it as a Plantronics 6XX! It would seem to me that if they can't get the BT prob fixed, I'll still be sporting the "silver brick" for a little longer...

Tried bluetooth on both a Cardo Scala 500 and Jabra BT8010 and it works but the volume (what I listen to not the callers) seems to jump up and down a bit.
It's better than the one I tried in the store though, I paired my Scala 500 to the store one and it was breaking up horribly.

Funny thing is the Jabra BT8010 sounds perfect when listening to music, it only does the sound wavering on phone calls.

Something I forgot to mention about the Bluetooth issues is when I try to increase or decrease volume from my headset, the call is sometimes dropped.

I'm in the same boat as everyone else. WEP200.

What a POS. This thing does everything better than my 6700... except make phone calls.

Just the other day I was adjusting the volume on my headset and the call dropped. Hadn't happened before. I recently experienced when I hold the headset button to activate the voice dial, the beep doesn't sound to use the voice dial command. If I wait a minute and press the button again, the beep will sound. The only thing I don't like about the Mogul voice dial is that it doesn't ask the yes/no option after stating the caller's name. For whatever reason, sometimes the name I speak to be dialed is not the person stated as being called, and it is a hassle to end the call quickly. I had this voice dial confirmation on a Samsung phone which was great. I miss it on the Mogul.

The Mogul's BT stack is defective. No two ways about it and no BT headset will make it suddenly start working correctly. Everyone has to wait for HTC to possibly fix it sometime in the future.

Contacts at HTC?

Anyone here happen to know someone who works for HTC so they can get the inside scoop instead of a CS rep paid 50cents an hour in a third world country to take a call?

I have 3 different BT headsets and they're all 'problematic' with the Titan!! It's hard to believe HTC did more than just rudimentary testing - actually, it's hard to believe they did ANY testing.

I never regularly used BT with my 6700, so for me not a big deal today - I can wait. But, for someone who is used to using BT, the Titan is clearly NOT functional.

I am using the Jabra BT620s. Now granted they are stereo headsets. However, people say I sound great. No choppiness. Plus I called myself on my landline just to make sure and clear crystal sound.

Again this might just be because they are stereo not the singular mono but so far so crystal.

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but has anyone tried Jetware with their 6800? http://www.jetwaremobile.com/index.htm
