Updated: 02/05 - NO LONGER WORKING on Sprint - Real Picture Mail (PicMail, MMS)

I didint change mine at all, left everything on default.

i cant send or recieve on Sprint with DCD's ROM. The send part seems to be a Sprint thing, the recieve thing is weird. I get the link for the MMS message and it just displays the regular sprint picture mail page, not the usual direct link to the message itself.

I cannot Send MMS, I tried the default settings in DCD's ROM, what should they be?

Please make sure to read the official MMS/PicMail threads. Sprint has found a way to block the MMS hack so as of right now it does not work for anyone.

Now why would they do something like that, I am paying for unlimited SMS and MMS? I guess I will need to give them a call tomorrow and ask them about it.

I have no clue, however, their excuse will be that the device was never advertised to support it, hence, they don't owe you anything.

I'm not saying I agree, I'm just saying that's what they'll say. This topic is all over the forum.

Im running DCD 2.1.0 Alltel Rom and can not send or recieve MMS msgs. The rom it self runs great and gps is working very good as well. But no MMS. I had the same problem with 1.6 DCD Alltel Rom.

Overall I am very happy with the Rom (running for going on 3 days i believe).
