Updated: 02/05 - NO LONGER WORKING on Sprint - Real Picture Mail (PicMail, MMS)

Just installed this on my Mogul...

Downloaded the .zip file from the first post, extracted the .cab file to my storage card.

Browsed to that .cab file and ran it, installed it onto my storage card, then it had to restart.

After that, I went to messaging and MMS was an option. Clicked on that, made a "New Pix Message", "New Flix Message" was the other option.

Clicked "send" top left of the screen and it worked perfect with my Flickr account.

My only gripe is that you can only browse to picture files that are installed on your main memory. Does anyone have a fix for this to browse the storage card for pictures as well?

Click the 'My Pictures' at the top above the thumbnails and then click 'My Device' and you should have a folder there called 'Storage Card'.

mine installs fine, i kno how to use it because i've used it before. my problem is that when i try to send a message, it says can not send because message exceeds 1k size limit. now i read somewhere that there was a reg hack to make the size limit bigger, anybody have an update on this?

well i install the mms on my mogul,.. seem to be working ok, but sometimes it doesnt send the pic mail, sometimes i have to send it twice,.. one problem though, when i try to send a pic mail to a different area code, wont work,,, any idea..??

I installed this cab on my new 2.17 rom, and the MMS option is not there, it still only shows "Outlook E-mail" and "New E-Mail Account". Before I put in threaded SMS, it showed Text Messages , Outlook E-mail, and New E-Mail Account. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it several times to no avail. Any ideas? It worked fine on the 2.09 rom

i get a sync error message and my mms messages just sit in my drafts box. can anyone help me?

How do I get the thread on my mogul so that I can send pictures and videos to other cell phones?????can someone please answer this ASAP!!!!!!!!

Get the "simple install" cab file from the first post.
Download it to your device or transfer it to your device with
Activesync. Click on the cab file and MMS will be installed.
