Tried to order it on monday. third time someone could actually get me the phone and somehow I got the warranty replacement hook up.

fast forward to today, thursday. I called for a tracking number. csr found the order and noted that it was rejected. so put it through again and will call back with a confirmation

keeping fingers crossed...

Activated? Did you get a new one? Or did you upgrade? I had to activate mine over the phone... it was very easy and painless though.

That's what it says on the shipping status page for everyone...possibly a web sales thing. But I think its already activated, because for example, my phone on "My Sprint" account is already switched to the Mogul even before I received the phone...which I still haven't received. So I am assuming that the phone comes pre-activated and you just call customer care to do an ESN Swap.

Well I got mine from the website, through the upgrade process. And my status never said anything about it being activated... so that's why I asked.

I had to call and have them change my ESN and they walked me through the programming. I had to add my phone number and MSID to my unit.

That's wierd....they told me that most web orders on the new Nextel system come pre-activated.

But anyways...here's my 20 billionth update....

Now as far as I can tell, I am getting two Moguls. I have two different tracking numbers and they are both coming together on the same shipment. Also to be noted...When the UPS tracking system says "Billing Info Received" that doesn't necessarily mean that UPS has the package...it just means that Sprint has a package that UPS needs to pick up and has details about where its going, when its suppose to be shipped and other crap like that. Because today, both those tracking numbers had a delivery date of today but had no scans except "Billing Info Received". Anyways, when I go into Order History, one of those orders is actually cancelled....but its still coming to me. They told me that they cancelled one of those orders at the warehouse but I still see both orders coming on the UPS tracking system. Sprint is so messed up with its orders...maybe they don't have a clue that I am getting two phones....hmmmm

I'll keep you guys posted on what happens...and just another note, my second order was on BackOrder but it was shipped yesterday...meaning that they have phones now...you guys shouldn't have to wait until Monday to receive your phones...whose orders were backordered.

Well I placed my order this morning (went through eBay seller). The phone is already showing up on my account. I called CS and got the tracking number tonight, but get an error on the UPS site. I will call CS back to see if I wrote it down wrong, as I could barely understand the guy with his thick accent. With the info I got I should get it tomorrow.

i'm jealous, cuz I'd love to be playing with the Mogul right now, but at the same time I'm sooo glad i'm not going through this with you guys.

i spent dayz on the phone trying to get the 6700.

this time i'm gonna let the wave rush past, until they're in the stores.

plus i wanna wait to see if this phone still locks up during incoming calls like the 6700 - if it does, i'm just gonna get a freakin Q or something.

i ordered on monday and got it wednesday becuz someone forgot to place my order and put it on hold all of monday

so the ordered it monday night and was at my house om wednesday

so like i tell alot of people

please be PATIENT okay?

Yeah easy for you to say.......you got your phone in time!

After getting your ordered cancelled twice and then having the phone go on backorder....when you were actually one of the first ones to order at midnight on Sunday night, it gets kinda difficult to be patient.

Oh well....supposently it says its out for delivery right now.......even at that, I believe it when I actually see the phone in my hands. Mannn...I've lost trust in the system
