That's what it says on the shipping status page for everyone...possibly a web sales thing. But I think its already activated, because for example, my phone on "My Sprint" account is already switched to the Mogul even before I received the phone...which I still haven't received. So I am assuming that the phone comes pre-activated and you just call customer care to do an ESN Swap.
