wow... im utterly and totally flabbergasted at this point, i called telesales(the 800sprint1 number)after waiting on hold with them for 10 minutes finally got a person explained i was checking the status of an order, they transfered me to something, i listened to motzart at least 10 times, i even took a a call for 10 minutes figured surely i would have missed them finally getting to me but nope there was amadeus just goin strong...
finally got tired of holding, both the phone and my bladder, so i hung up and tried again, this time i got a person relatively quickly, then she went to work, at first it looked like i had two orders and that confused her but appearantly that was wrong, and my order is set to be delivered tomorrow. i asked if that meant that it was going to be shipped tomorrow or would be in my patiently waiting hands, she said i would have it in 24 hours. I guess i'll have to wait and see... if its not here i better get a refund on the overnight delivery... and id like the 2.5 hours (total) i have been on hold (for the entire day not just last call, but half of it was... back... lol Hope you guys are having better luck than me... |

UPS now has my tracking info with a scheduled on time arrival for 6/19. So I guess their order status page is pretty accurate.
I'll let everyone know if I do get it tomorrow, with my first impressions Good luck to all on getting yours quickly. Edit: PS, it's coming from Kentucky. |

AT least they have hired polite people now used to they were the most rude people in existence.. hopefully in another half decade the rest of the customer service issues will be addressed |

Oh and just to let you guys know...If you go into MySprint (log in) and then go to Billing and then go to Order History (a little ways down)...it will show you the order thats been placed. There is an order on mine which shows the order date as 6/18/07 and an Order ID but the Status says: Cancelled and the Amount says: 0.00
Okay so now I am a little bit more upset... You guys who haven't gotten anything to change in the order status or anything, check that out. My order status still says Order in progress. |

i see something in the bottom corner, i hope thats not where it is.. and someone should test it out too to see if it has better range than the 6700 |
