My mogul finally came in on thursday, that same night all the buttons except for the dpad and the screen worked, so I couldn't make it back to sprint on friday, so I went yesterday luckily the assistant manager and rep remembered me, so after the techs checked it out, to my suprise I recieved a brand new touch pro, its been about 24 hrs and I don't miss my mogul at all.
