So good and bad news... My refurb came in.... I went and picked it up, they did the ESN swap and handed it to me. The exterior casing wasn't on properly. I was in a hurry and decided I'd fix it when I got home. When I got about half way home I pulled up a white screen and notice a white spot.. I shurgged it off... Then I received a phone call... I answered it and then preceeded to yell "Hello?! Hello!?" until I realized I wasn't crazy, there was no sound coming out of the ear peice....
Long story short, I turned back around and they swapped me back to the one I dropped off and they ordering another refurb.... |

I doubt they will upgrade it. I been going thru ecare, customer service, and different departments. All of them have directing me to Asurion.

It is possible to get an upgrade... I was able to.. Only have to pay the difference between a TP and a Mogul, which is $30. Check out this forum... Has a lot of information...

Just got off the phone with Sprint. They are telling me that they cannot upgrade me to another phone since they gave me an defective replacement phone.
