So good and bad news... My refurb came in.... I went and picked it up, they did the ESN swap and handed it to me. The exterior casing wasn't on properly. I was in a hurry and decided I'd fix it when I got home. When I got about half way home I pulled up a white screen and notice a white spot.. I shurgged it off... Then I received a phone call... I answered it and then preceeded to yell "Hello?! Hello!?" until I realized I wasn't crazy, there was no sound coming out of the ear peice....
Long story short, I turned back around and they swapped me back to the one I dropped off and they ordering another refurb....
