just try the alltel settings. alltel pde server is trusted, meaning anyone can use it. but dont use it if you dont need to. use ur carriers ip info. i dont want alltel getting bogged down with traffic. but i want to have all carriers pde ips listed in here. if u find one i dont have post it. thanx.

you dont need 6.1. actually, verizons 6.1 update locks out the gps and it needs to be unlocked. search for verzion mr1 gps (mr1=wm6.1).

but u will need to enable ur gps if u dont use wm 6.1. look in the requirements section on post #1.

i think that verizon phones need to be patched reguardless of wether u use 6.0 or 6.1. but i only have the patch for 6.0.

Hey Shadow-tech, has anyone tried this on a Diamond? I sent you a PM about this issue the other day. I'm going from an Alltel Vogue (WDM's manila 2d rom) to a stock Sprint Diamond. I've heard that the Diamond gps suffers the same delay in acquiring satellites. tobeychris on the Diamond thread has a similar fix called "gpsOne." Your tutorial is better and I've performed your fix twice with outstanding success! Thanks for your reply.

I still can't get it to pickup any satellites. It just keeps searching. Anyone else in Tampa having this problem? I have google maps installed to the device and i have tried nav4all, still nothing.

Excellent write up, I do have a question though. What is the difference between your GpsOne Setting and Tobey's. I'm with Telus running a Juicy ROM, I have been have some issues with the gps working on day and not the next, sometimes even putting my location in South Asia

BTW I NOTICE IT DOES NOT SAY DIAMOND IN THE LIST, ON OF YOUR DIAMOND POST POINT HERE
