Extract the Pone Codes folder to your desktop then make a copy of the codes you need. Put them in a folder (Utilities), then copy the folder to PPC via ActiveSync to: Windows\Start Menu\Programs\.
Trial & error will show wether DIAG1 or DIAG2 works for AllTel.
I use DIAG2 with VZW and the program shows:

the program hides in the background after a few secs.
Task mgr will bring it back when you need to finish with QPST or whatnot.
, PRL, DEBUG & PST all work good.

I still couldnt get it to work, when I enter DIAG and plug my phone in it brings up the found new hardware wizard, it still wont automaticly start installing new hardware like its suppose to.

you need to install the drivers from the 1st post. there is a download link to rapidshare.

download those drivers. computer may or may not need a reboot after u install the drivers.
