Yes sir I knew Id get it...
Weeew I figured it out totally by accident when I was working on another animated gif file.. What I had to do was get an image in this case it was the fail stamp. And set it on a transparent background. Then make a new layer colored completely black on top of that layer. Now it will cover the first layer. Then I selected just the stamp on the bottom layer. Switched to the top layer while still leaving the selection active. Then I cut out the black which was on top of the stamp. Then the stamp showed through the top layer. I know I lost alot of people. I pretty much lost myself trying to write that.. I then saved as an animated gif file. In gimp there is a selection for frame disposal. Set that on cumulative(combine) and the delay to 0ms. Then your all set with the image. Copy that to the templates folder. And your ready to take some failed pics...lol So here it is in a zip folder. Edit: Heres the pic that I tested it with. great! I knew I was missing something simple.... those directions at modico were hard to follow without pictures....
I had some moderate success, but the "failed" was just a slight embose on the image, so you couldn't hardly see it.... since I have the afternoon off, I may make some,,,,

It doesnt work for me...am I missing a step. I am using PS cs3. does it matter which program I create a gif file? any help would be appreciated. Thanks

well, I haven't had any luck getting it to work yet, but I found more stamps that would be cool to have..
