My phone took its last swim and touch portion of screen doesn't work. I Need to relock this sucker or I need to learn what method #2 is... lol Please help!

I had a broken key on the keyboard, dead pixel and a screw under the battery that didn't stay in. Went to Sprint store and they orrdered me a brand new phone box and all.

Ok here is a good answer for you and they will replace it without anything to say.... Download a version of the rom then try to install it in on your device but once it is installing unplug the usb cable from it that should mess up your phone.. what i mean it should just show a 4 color screen on it.. so then take it to the sprint store and tell them that you where trying to do the update on your phone but something happened that you dont know whats wrong with it so they will look at it and they will not be able to repair it or something they will give you a brand new or referbish phone... Im telling you cause thats what happened to me but the update messup it was an accident not intentionally..
