how to get a new mogul
 

hey ive dropped my mogul a few times here and there and things have began to come loose not to mention scratched. I was wondering what would be the best way to get a new phone (yes i have insurance) my mogul is about half a year old. i heard of someone messing up there mogul and sprint trying to give them a touch instead of a mogul. anyways who should i call and what should i say is wrong with my phone to get a new one?

p.s.- once i return my phone to whoever, do i need to relock it and flash to a sprint rom? is there anyway they can tell its been messed with in any way.

Just flash it and relock it. Make sure you have insurance first and that it has taken effect. I'm sure they will give you a new phone or at least refurbished.

Who do i need to contact 1800sprint1???? and what do i tell them is wrong with it?

Go to the Sprint store....you have a better chance of getting a new one and they carry the refurbish right there......I can tell you this I have done it at least 30 times over the life of my phones and have gotten at least 20 brand new ones and at least 10 brand new in the box with all the accessories...you gotta work the managers....:mrgreen:

thankz for the idea flyers but is there anything not so drastic so incase they wont refund me or get me a new one i wont be screwed out of a phone?
