I work at a nuclear facility and they have the same policy. Don't worry, I don't have to kill anyone now.

Here is the solution for you. Remove the clear glas cover over the camera. Drill a hold in the camera lenz. Then your phone will not have a camera any more. Then get a digital camera, and put a SDto Micro-SD adapter in it and use it to take pictures and then you can send them with your phone (Not use the camera at the job).

Show them that there is no way your phone can take a picture.

Although, you could still use it to record voice...... Not that I am condoming such behavior.

Why break it, just remove the camera from the phone, and keep it safe somewhere, then place a small piece of black neoprene rubber in the back where the lense would be to prevent a spill from easily getting into your phone.

As well you can always revert and reinstal the cam if you ever want to, or are selling/giving it away...

Case closed.

Show your employers that the camera button does not activate the camera. Settings/Buttons/ChooseCamera and assign none from the drop down menu.

AT&T sells a no-camera version of the tilt...

I'll buy your mogul for $50- that's what sprint charges to swap for a refurb mogul

Sorry, but if I were your employer, and I was not wanting any cameras, I would not trust that the camera is truly disabled. cause it could always be re-enabled. Remove it, or replace the phone.

My brother just moved back home from Florida and is looking for a Mogul. PM me when you want to get rid of it. I am guessing you have Sprint.

Thats messed up, I work for Northrop Grumman and they tried to do the same thing for a while but they got enough complaints to where they changed their policy. I personally have a Mogul and a nextel blackberry. My nextel doesn't have a camera...
