Problem with internet sharing on WM 6.1

ive also same kind of problem and i´ve read all threads under this topic. and i hacked my cellphone. the question is: anyone use ICS like the tool "ICS control 0.21" or only under OS WM 6.1?(i mean normaly you dont need a tool) seriously my tool connect to my provider but my PC dosnt connected (to my cell phone) (Active sync funktioned). PLS whats your setting for Active sync (USB (MW6.1)) (?turn off ASync? Yes ! but what else?) (i´m not from your countryside, sorry for wrong grammar)
