Problem with internet sharing on WM 6.1

When i hit connect it says data call failure, with error code of 67. then goes to say the remote party has ended the connection.

I have installed the cab which is supposed to make it work, but doesnt work. I have also tried to load a website first then hit connect but I am still getting the error.

If you know how to registry hack, change this registry setting by deleting this file extension and it will work.
