It WILL require you to get the blackberry plan on an advantage club plan. As soon as you call in to do the ESN swap they will put it on. I don't remember if it is 20 or 30 bucks, but it will cost you. they will not be able to put any type of other internet service on it, the system just won't allow it. besides that, Sprint's policy is that EVERY blackberry that is active is to have a bb data plan on it. i know that some people don't have it, but they have simply slipped through the cracks and don't have ANY internet package. sucks, i know, but it is what it is...
