That is a stock rom. Use the attached dialer FIRST and then download the one you want after that. The file will have alot of picture files for the button and somewhere in there will be a cab file for the dialer. install that and your good to go. if you want a different one uninstall the one called "myphoneskin" and install another one. This has been tested and it works.

ya i upgraded to the leaked rom, i had to install mogul big button dialer.cab on top of the htc.cab that is given here, to get them to work (was making my own couldn't get to work lol)

you have to install on top of the htc.cab!

Just to let you know, if you have the 3.35 rom it is no longer "leaked". it has been officially out for 2 months now. I work for a phone company, I know. As far as why you had to install the big button instead of the one I posted I dont know. I tried the HTC dialer I posted yesterday at work just the way I dexcribed it and it worked like a champ. All I did was install the HTC dialer...then download a dialer that I wanted from here...install that one and it overwrites the HTC dialer...reboot and it is working. I am just putting this on here for the other people that look at this thread. You may have had to do it this way since you have a leaked cab still on your phone. If that is the case you should go to http://www.htc.com/us/FAQ_Detail.aspx?p_id=75&act=sd and get the official rom if you want to. There is also a link for the rom that I use in the fist post in this thread.

Sorry guys the dialer in this zip is different than the pics. I uploaded the wrong one rrrrrrrr!!! I will upload the right one tonight and also I'll put in the icons and clock font for the HTC home screen
