It will work if your phone already has smartdialer. Smartdialer was released with WM5 and up I believe. I know it works on mine and i type the first few letters. But this will not work with the OEM dialer on the phone. You have to have the either the touch dialer or the bluefrog dialer installed. Here is the Touch dialer. Have not tested since i have a rom that already has a compatible one built in.

i tried to install the dialer but it not workin could someone tell me how to work them, intil then i'm not installin no dialers intil i get the right directionshow

ya i upgraded to the leaked rom, i had to install mogul big button dialer.cab on top of the htc.cab that is given here, to get them to work (was making my own couldn't get to work lol)

you have to install on top of the htc.cab!

Just to let you know, if you have the 3.35 rom it is no longer "leaked". it has been officially out for 2 months now. I work for a phone company, I know. As far as why you had to install the big button instead of the one I posted I dont know. I tried the HTC dialer I posted yesterday at work just the way I dexcribed it and it worked like a champ. All I did was install the HTC dialer...then download a dialer that I wanted from here...install that one and it overwrites the HTC dialer...reboot and it is working. I am just putting this on here for the other people that look at this thread. You may have had to do it this way since you have a leaked cab still on your phone. If that is the case you should go to http://www.htc.com/us/FAQ_Detail.aspx?p_id=75&act=sd and get the official rom if you want to. There is also a link for the rom that I use in the fist post in this thread.
