GPS installation - WHY is it so difficult?

Hey Everyone,

I have iGuidance up and running on my Mogul. I am using GPSGATE and HOLUX VIEWER. My only question now is can I replace GPSGATE (I am using the trial version now) with the GPSPROXY program (Free)? If so, can someone advise of the settings I need to make it work with HOLUX and iGuidance?

Is their a difference between GPSGATE and GPSPROXY? Is one better than another? I don't want to seem cheap...I WILL pay for the GPSGAT program if that's my best bet. BUT it's a bonus if I can just use GPSPROXY for free.
