Not "free" but only for the cost of your data plan. wmwifi is a killer app for me although it's not quite as reliable as a regular wired connection. I have been using wmwifi on a regular basis for a while now. I just hope the carriers don't read all this publicity and somehow block it.

It does seem like it circumvents their attempts to charge for a special plan to tether. They'll try to roll out a phone as a hotspot plan. lol!

personally i would rather this not be in the news. the more people that know about it the more people that will want to do it. sooner or later sprint will put the foot down, and id rather it be later...much MUCH later.
