!!!!No incoming Calls!!!!

So...Ive had the 6800 for about two weeks now. No problems, but all of a suddent I can't receive phone calls or text messages when my phone is in hibernation. What gives? Has anyone else had this problem and know how to fix it? Do I really have to leave the phone on all the time to get calls?

And by "on", I mean not in hibernation, fully active.
