Honestly the program freezes some on the mogul on any rom. I have learned to live with it. I used dcd 3.3.4 for my best results.

well, the best rom imo is one based on the nue kernel (can disable camera for extra ram)
make sure you have .net 2.0 and 3.5, and also the sql. I only use my mogul to map cdma towers, so I don't notices issues too much, but navizon as a whole is still a beta and none of the programmers have cdma.
