well, the best rom imo is one based on the nue kernel (can disable camera for extra ram)
make sure you have .net 2.0 and 3.5, and also the sql.

I only use my mogul to map cdma towers, so I don't notices issues too much, but navizon as a whole is still a beta and none of the programmers have cdma.
