How can I move up my Mobile Shell
I can't move my Spb Mobile Shell above the clock. For some reason today/items won't let me change item location on Today scren
 any ideas thanks!

Download the HTC Home customizer tool : http://www.pocketemu.com/hhc-info.html
Once its installed, run it, and follow the onscreen instructions until you get to a screen saying stuff like "Appearance, Themes, Weather options, etc" Now select 'HTC Options', then select 'Today Locking'. Select 'Unlock' and then exit. It should say something like 'reloading Today Plugin... My take 1 minute' As soon as it appears again, you can move it up and down on the today settings menu.

You can do that, but there is also a registry edit that you can use on all today plugins in order to lock or not lock it to the top.
HKLM > SOFTWARE > Microsoft > Today > Items > HTC Home (or anyone of your today plugins) Change Type from '5' to '4' and it will show up as an available plugin.
