.... are you serious?.... is it that serious that you would use your time to call your "fed" friends, so that they would use their time to track someone down who wants to sell an extra phone they have? get real, i doubt they would "love to hear about this". are you trying to scare him? or just sound cool? and which department would you chose from your "fed" friends? on another note, you know, the companies say that you wont be able to activate a lost or stolen phone, buuuuut, i dont know... has anybody ever actually tried to activate a "lost" phone. cause im pretty sure i know some people who sold their "lost" phone to others. but im not 100% sure.

ALSO! about refurbished phones, i really did lose my mogul last week and i got a refurbished one from the insurance company,... and it doesnt work. im sending that one back and they're sending me another one. i wish i had my original one cause that was brand new; you never know what the previous owner did to their phone.

you cannot activate a lost phone or a phone that was on the account of someone with an outstanding balance.

When you try and activate a lost/stolen phone the system shows the phone as flagged as long as the person mentioned that the phone was lost/stolen and they didn't just upgrade or something. I have customers who come in and say that they lost their phone but just want to use their upgrade eligibility. I always have the phone flagged first, then do the upgrade for them. No reason a stolen phone should beable to easily be used later on. And if the phone gets returned later on, then it can be unflagged at that time.
