Wow. Lost my work mogul today in Brooklyn, NY (personal Mogul still safely attached to my hip).
Thank GOD for Rick from Verizon. I called the number and he had found the phone, couldn't make outgoing calls due to my company's security policy enforced by Exchange. He waited for my call and then hung out while I drove a half-hour to get to him to pick it up. And wouldn't even accept a reward! Thank god for good people. Hope yours turns up, man. |

I am normally a pessimistic person but in your situation I'd feel quite different. I'm sure that they will take it to a sprint store.
I've found many phones and always go to a home listing and call. |

7 bux a month is well worth it!!
I left a phone on top of my car once at the gas station and drove off.. lost for good.
50 bux and a replacement. I have found that customer service and the stores are more responsive to you too if you have the insurance. I finally got my 6700 replaced with a mogul just lately, since they gave me 3 refurbished 6700's in 3 weeks and they all died. Buy the insurance, trust me, it is worth it. |

Re: Sadly lost
Yeah, years ago when I had cingular, they didn't allow PDA phones on insurance so I just never thought about it.
One thing -- they turned the phone on finally, so the remote wipe went through. Also, I enabled Sprint Family Locater on it, so I can see pretty much which house it is in! Unfortunately, not a hospitable neighborhood. Maybe with a police escort... So I called and called and sent many a text message, offered $$$. Showed them I knew where it was. Begged. Pleaded. Then, finally had the service turned off. They never used it. What to do? |
