Re: Official Titan built-in GPS Thread

First you should download DVD Decrypter or Alcohol 120% will do then in DVD Decrypter go to Mode-ISO-Read and when the PS2 Disc has been read take it out put in your blank CD-R Or DVD-R and set the Mode Write instead of read. You should burn the disc at about 4x so it completely gets all the data. To play the burnt games you need a Modchip or Swapmagic.

Re: Official Titan built-in GPS Thread

I'm in New Zealand using TomTom and HTC GPS Tool 1.2.1.26, my Rom is 3.08.666.1, Radio is 3.42.50, PRI is 1.27_005, PRL is 04013. Do I need to or should I update any of these?

Do I use the settings below or do I need to adjust for NZ. At the moment my settings are:

HKLM\SOFTWARE\HTC\SUPL_AGPS
EnableAGPS 1
EnableSmartMode 1
GPSMode 2
ServerIP 195.207.101.126
ServerPort 7788
TimeBetweenFixes 1

Re: Official Titan built-in GPS Thread

Yep, it is hardware from the manufacture and has nothing to do with the carrier.

Re: Official Titan built-in GPS Thread

Got a replacement phone (2 weeks ago, verizon XV6800),unlocked/flashed a custom rom (running radio .40), GPS would not work. Last night I was going to flash a new rom, so I figured I would go back to stock (normaly fixes gps problems) using the directions and let all the cusomizations run.

I unlocked it, installed the same radio (.40) and custom rom. GPS still does not work. WTF. Using HTC GPS tool to test. Tested in the same location as normaly test (on my deck and phone sitting in my front window of my house, other phone locked within 30 seconds)

Running WM 6.5 (23518.5.5.0), PRL 51731 and PRI 2.03_002

Any clue ?
